01

Introduction

Welcome to Eglantin. By accessing or using our SaaS platform, templates, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Eglantin provides a subscription-based service granting access to premium design assets, components, and landing pages. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

02

Accounts & Subscriptions

To access our premium features, you must create an account and maintain an active subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

03

License & Usage

During your active subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our assets for personal or commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the assets as standalone products. Upon cancellation, you may continue to use assets already implemented in existing projects, but access to the library and new updates will cease.

04

Intellectual Property

The platform, its original content, features, and functionality (including all code and design assets) are and will remain the exclusive property of Eglantin. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Germany and foreign countries.

05

Refund & Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided to our entire library, all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

06

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Eglantin be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or use. The service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis.

07

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the service shall be instituted in a competent court in Germany.
