Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of contract conclusion.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Eglantin Digital Agency, Nelkenstr. 10, 65396 Walluf, Germany, e-mail: support@eglantin.eu) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail).
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the contract has been fully performed by both parties at your express request before you exercised your right of withdrawal.
